ADT Realty is building its Idaho team from the Treasure Valley out. This page is for two kinds of people: licensed agents (or soon-to-be agents) who want a team worth joining, and people who want to learn how this business actually works.

ADT REALTY IDAHO

A digital brokerage, built by people who actually use it

ADT Realty runs lean. Digital-first brokerage, agents across the country, and now a flagship team in Idaho led by state leader Emily Meraz.

Emily helped build ADT’s systems early in her career. Training here isn’t a binder and a wish. It’s direct mentorship from someone who knows the machinery from the inside: transaction flow, lead systems, the daily habits that produce closings.

And it’s a brokerage with written standards. The ADT Realty policy manual spells out how transactions are handled and how clients are treated: clarity, professionalism, and trust, in its own words. Disclosure defaults, showing protocol, compliance deadlines with teeth (files complete within two business days of closing, or commission waits). If you’d rather run a defined process than improvise one, you’ll feel at home. As the manual puts it: “If anything feels unclear, ask. You won’t be left guessing here.”

What the team looks like day to day: a home base at Kiln in Meridian, weekly team meetings, a monthly market update pulled straight from Intermountain MLS, first-time buyer seminars in the works, and a culture that tracks activity, not vibes.

Who we’re looking for: hard-working, self-sufficient agents. New or experienced. People who want to build a business in Idaho, not park a license and hope.

Trade-off, stated plainly: this is a young team. You won’t inherit a 40-person office with a receptionist. You’ll help build the thing, and you’ll be early.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. Ask anything: splits, systems, training, what the first 90 days look like.
