$15 per person, digital only. Buy online at boiseparadeofhomes.com or through the official Boise Parade of Homes app. Tickets are not sold at the door. One ticket covers all 35 homes for the full event.

Can I tour the Parade of Homes without a real estate agent?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but don’t commit to a builder’s preferred lender or sign anything without one. Builder incentives are typically the same whether or not a buyer’s agent is involved, and the buyer’s agent is paid by the builder, not by you. Having one from day one means someone is reading the contract for your interests, not the builder’s.

Are the Parade homes for sale, or just models?

A mix. Some are model homes for active communities, meaning the community is selling but this specific home stays as the model. Some are spec homes built for sale. Each builder will tell you which is which on site.

What if I’m relocating from out of state?

Accepted Answer

Most Treasure Valley builders work fluently with out-of-state buyers. Video tours, remote contracts, and digital paperwork are standard. If you can’t fly out during the Parade, a local buyer’s agent can walk it for you, record video walkthroughs, and send back a private digital tour package with notes.
